This statement describes which personal data Deco-AI processes when you visit the website or contact us.

Who is responsible

Which data we process
When you contact us: name, email address, phone number and whatever else you choose to share about your business and work processes. This website has no accounts or newsletter; contact runs through the form, email and phone.
What we use it for
To answer your question, schedule an intake and make a proposal. If you become a customer, we also use the data to perform the agreement. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing and never sell it.
On which legal basis
Performance of a contract or of steps preceding one (intake and proposal), and legitimate interest in normal business operations, such as administration and security.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising or analytics services that collect personal data. We only store your language preference in a functional cookie. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical log data, such as IP addresses, for security and site operation.
Who else can access it
Only service providers required for our operations, such as hosting and email. With parties that process personal data on our behalf we conclude data processing agreements. We do not transfer data outside the EEA except with appropriate safeguards.
When we work for your company
With a managed agent, your company remains the data controller for its own business and customer data; Deco-AI acts as a processor for the agreed management. We record this in a data processing agreement, including the AI providers used and the configured data flow. AI usage runs through accounts in your company's name; training on your data and retention are kept as limited as possible.
How long we keep data
No longer than necessary. Contact without follow-up: at most one year. Customer data: for the duration of the agreement plus the statutory (fiscal) retention periods.
Security
Access is limited to what someone needs. We use encrypted connections and storage, log management access, and have a procedure for reporting and handling data breaches.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Email info@deco-ai.nl; we respond within a month. Complaints can be filed with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
This statement may change. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the latest update.
