Clear agreements per engagement.

The signed proposal and its appendices define the agreements for your engagement. Below is how we build up those agreements.

Company

Deco-AI is a trade name of DecoStone Natuursteen B.V., located at Sandinostraat 23, 1069 NJ Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42020969.

Proposal and agreement

For every engagement you receive a proposal with the selected workflows, deliverables, planning, responsibilities and acceptance criteria. The engagement starts once both parties have approved the proposal and the accompanying agreements in writing.

Scope and price

Scope, price, payment moments, duration and support are set out in the proposal. Extra work starts after written approval of content and price. Costs of external AI providers, hardware and other services run through the agreed company accounts.

Human approval

AI output remains a draft until an authorised person has reviewed it. External actions such as sending, publishing or ordering take place after the agreed human approval.

Ownership and use

Hardware, company accounts, customer data, documents and customer-specific configuration remain the client's property. The proposal describes separately which reusable Deco-AI components are used under licence.

Data and security

The engagement defines which data is processed, which parties have access, where data is stored and which security measures apply. When Deco-AI processes personal data on behalf of a client, the parties conclude a data processing agreement.

Termination and handover

The duration and notice arrangements are in the proposal. On termination we hand over the agreed customer data, configuration and documentation. The handover period and any support are agreed in advance.
